Parts Eligible for Returns:
Stocked lines that have not been specially procured for customer order
Parts returned in original & saleable condition (i.e. in original undamaged packaging with manufacturer part number)
Parts that have not been fitted, or painted
Parts NOT Eligible for Returns:
Special Order Parts (Parts marked with location ZZZSPORD on our quotes/invoices)
Any parts ordered for private import models
Parts that require Authority in PartsCheck / Repair Connection / PartsSearch
Electrical items
Painted or fitted parts (including parts where work had been started on it) – regardless of correct or not. Customer must check part for damage & is correct to VIN prior to fitting or painting
Parts not in original packaging with manufacturer Part Number (including damaged parts)
Parts with writing on packaging (including damaged parts)
Parts returned over 30 days from invoice date
Parts with an extended purchase Price under $10
Credit Returns Guidelines:
Credit Returns must be accompanied with a credit note or invoice copy, identifying parts returned including reason for return
We highly recommend you obtain a drivers signature confirming credit pick up
Shortages and damage claims must be lodged within 48 hours of delivery & damaged parts must be returned within 7 days
Upon management & manufacturer approval, special order parts returned within manufacturer return period are subject to a minimum return charge of 20% of the purchase price
Stock Lines returned after 14 days & up to 30 days will incur a restocking fee of 10% of the purchase price
Damaged Claims will not be accepted without replacement part being provided
Incorrect parts will not be accepted without correct part being provided
